Our next Holiday Club will be for 6.5 weeks in the Summer!

Daily activities guide

The rough daily plan is as follows...

8.30am-9.30am- Registration/kids free play including:

table football, table tennis, colouring in, board games,

reading.

9.30am- Tidy up time, then the Club leaders announce

the golden rules.

9.45am-10.45am Fun, whole group games eg. Bippety

Bippety Bop, Wink Murder and Splat!

10.45am- 11am- Break/free play

11am-11.45am- Drama (See below for daily themes)

11.45-12.30pm- Fun, physical, outdoor games on the

grassy area on Devane Way: Shark Islands, Tag, Stuck In

The Mud, Grandma’s Footsteps etc.

12.30pm-1.30pm- Lunch, including activities as per

registration.

1.30pm-2.30pm- Tidy up time then outdoor play at the

playground on Devane Way.

2.30-3pm- Break back at SLT. Kids go to the loo, wash

hands, have a snack and do activities as per registration.

3pm- Games3.15pm- 4.15pm- Arts and crafts

4.15pm- Tidy up time then head downstairs to the foyer

4.30pm- ‘Show and Tell’/daily round up/star performers

of the day announced

5pm- end of the day/pick up time.

Drama options for each day-

Week one:

Monday- Improvisation Tuesday- Mime Wednesday-

Storytelling Thursday- Imagination Friday- Character

Building Week two:

Monday: Comedy

Tuesday: Devising Wednesday: Acting techniques

Thursday: Slapstick

Friday: Clowning

These are then repeated/varied for the remaining weeks
