ADVENTURE PARTY THEMES

Ninja Danka!

About the theme…

Ninja Danka has recently returned from an intensive training camp in the Himalayan mountains where he was running fast over rocks, breaking thick pieces of wood with his bare hands and practising the art of meditation...

Suddenly, one evening, the evil mountain warrior, Mad Mouth Majawty, enters his camp and steals his Magic Ninja Cloak! Ninja Danka has now returned home to tell his story and needs some young ninjas and street warriors to help him follow some ninja tasks to help get his cloak back. Will you help him??

  • The first 5-10 minutes are spent with Ninja Danka (ND) meeting and greeting the kids and writing names on stickers whilst some ninja tunes are playing in the background.

He then gathers them round and tells them the main reason why everyone is there: for the birthday child! He then launches in to a story which tells the young ninjas how he was training in the Himalayan Mountains and how an evil ninja, Mad Mad Mouth Majawty, stole his magic ninja cloak, which helps him with his ninja skills. He then explains how his master, King Ninja IV, has set him an adventure via an instruction pack that will result in finding the Magic Ninja Sweets that will then result in getting his cloak back!

But before they look at the tasks, they have to do some warm games including: The Ninja Name Game (a fun name introduction games involving ninja actions), Ninja Stretching for Ninja Stars, Ninja Star Jumps and a fun, physical game called The Remote Control Game.

They then sit in a circle and meditate so they can prepare their minds for the tasks ahead…

ND then opens the instruction pack and they start to complete the tasks which include: ninja chopping the tennis ball thrown by ND for each ninja, playing Ninja Keeper of The Keys, doing an imaginary obstacle course and then a quiz about their adventures so far which then reveals where the sweets are! They all get one sweet and this is where the one hour option ends or the 25-30 minute break for food for the two hour option.

After the break, for the two hour option, it’s party games time! Games include: The Blanket Game (ND covers someone with the blanket whilst everyone is lying face down curled up with their eyes closed and they have to guess who is under the blanket), Ninja Ninja Samurai (like Duck Duck Goose) and we always end with Musical Statues with sticker and sweet prizes and a gold toy medal for the birthday child!
