The Space Warrior Princess!

The Space Warrior Princess (SWP) meets and greets the kids for the first 5-10 minutes, writing names on stickers etc. and then gathers them round… She explains to them that her friend and lifelong fellow space warrior princess, Violeta, has been captured by the evil, dark lord, Darth Jaw. She also explains that the only way of setting her free is to go in search of the Fantastical Sweetsvia her very own X Wing Fighter, travelling back to her home planet of Nimjabu- that have been hidden by Darth Jaw. But, before they embark on their adventure, they must show the SWP they are ready. So… They do some original games, stretching, star jumps, running on the spot etc. followed by a trademark Nutty’s game- The Remote Control Game- helping to hone in on their concentration skills. Then SWP sings a couple of songs along with the kids and then she tells them the story… How Violeta was captured and, as part of the story, she impersonates Darth Jaw… she then explains to the kids how they have to ‘use the force’ and go and find a map in the Palace of Darth Jaw and gets three volunteers to pretend to be evil, sleeping guardspeople and the rest sneak in to retrieve the map. Then the adventure begins… They imagine they’re hurtling through space in the X Wing Fighter, then land on the planet of Nimbaju. They imagine climbing up a volcano, going through a fire tunnel, walking through the ‘Forest of Creatures’ with some games along away, amongst other missions until they find the Fantastical Sweets. This culminates in them all getting a sweet each and the end of the first hour. Then there is a break for 25-30 minutes for tea/lunch followed by the party games section which includes: Space Warrior Princess Is Coming (like Captains Coming), Wink Murder etc. and always ends with Musical Statues that includes a couple of sweet prizes, sticker prizes and a prize for the birthday boy or girl, which is usually a toy gold medal.
